Rummy PayOut ("the App") is a points-rummy scoring and payout calculator published by Solut. This policy explains what information the App handles, how it's used, and your choices.
The App saves the following data locally on your device only, using standard on-device storage:
None of this data is sent to us or to any server we control. It is not used for analytics, profiling, or advertising by the App itself.
When you use Host Room or Join Room, the App broadcasts and connects directly to other devices on the same local Wi-Fi network using standard local network discovery (Bonjour) and a local WebSocket connection. Session data is transmitted only between devices on that local network — it is never sent over the internet or to any external server.
This feature requires the "Local Network" permission on iOS, which the operating system prompts you for the first time you host or join a Room. The App does not use your location for any purpose and does not track or store your geographic location.
The App offers an optional, auto-renewing "Remove Ads" subscription, billed by Apple through your App Store account. All payment details (card numbers, billing address, etc.) are collected and processed by Apple — the App never receives or stores this information. The App only receives a confirmation of whether your subscription is currently active, which it stores locally on your device to decide whether to show ads. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your device's Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
The App displays ads using Google AdMob. AdMob may collect information such as your device's advertising identifier, IP address, general device information, and ad interaction data in order to serve and measure ads. This is governed by Google's own privacy policy, not by us directly:
On iOS, the App asks for App Tracking Transparency permission before requesting personalized ads. You can review or change this at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App does not require any personal information to function.
Because all session data is stored locally, you can delete it at any time by tapping Reset in the App, or by uninstalling the App, which removes all locally stored data from your device.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date above.
